Last week, I saw one of the gifts that Aunt Sharon mailed us from Mom-Mom after she died, and I cried for awhile. Joel asked if there was anything he could do, and I explained that I was sad because I wanted to thank Mom-Mom for the pink satin slippers she sent Mab, and I couldn't. Faelan said, "I will thank her for them in heaven right now!" As he wandered off to his room, he looked up and said, "Thank you, Mom-Mom!" in a cheerful little voice.
